Click on the application name to go into Edit mode.
Click on the delete icon on the left top corner of the edit window to delete the app
If the delete operation is performed on an App that is inside a custom folder, then it is just removed from that specific folder, but will continue to remain in your My Apps folder.
If the delete operation is performed on an App from My Apps folder, then it will be deleted from My Apps folder as well as from all custom folders in which it is present.
